Job Duties

  • Prepare special meals or substitute products
  • regulate oven, grill, and broiler temperatures
  • remove foods from freezer to thaw in refrigerator
  • ensure proper portioning, distribution, and garnishing of food

  • communicate assistance needs during busy periods

  • notify food and beverage staff of rejected products and daily specials

  • prepare cold dishes
