Job Duties

  • Prepare special meals or replace products
  • regulate oven, grill and rotisserie temperatures
  • thaw food from freezer in refrigerator
  • ensure proper portioning, distribution and garnishing of food
  • maintain food records
  • monitor quality and quantity of food prepared
  • communicate assistance needed during busy periods
  • report excess food products to chef for daily specials
  • inform Food and Beverage staff of rejected products and specials
  • ensure food product quality
  • prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards and presentation standards
  • prepare cold dishes
  • assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, disciplining, motivating and training employees
  • comply with all safety and company procedures
  • report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions
  • maintain clean and professional appearance
  • anticipate and meet guest service needs
  • communicate clearly and professionally with others
  • cultivate and maintain positive working relationships
  • support team to achieve common goals
  • ensure compliance with quality expectations
  • perform physical duties such as standing, sitting or walking for prolonged periods
  • lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
  • perform reasonable additional duties as requested by supervisors
