Job Duties
- Prepare special meals or replace products
- regulate oven, grill and rotisserie temperatures
- thaw food from freezer in refrigerator
- ensure proper portioning, distribution and garnishing of food
- maintain food records
- monitor quality and quantity of food prepared
- communicate assistance needed during busy periods
- report excess food products to chef for daily specials
- inform Food and Beverage staff of rejected products and specials
- ensure food product quality
- prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards and presentation standards
- prepare cold dishes
- assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, disciplining, motivating and training employees
- comply with all safety and company procedures
- report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions
- maintain clean and professional appearance
- anticipate and meet guest service needs
- communicate clearly and professionally with others
- cultivate and maintain positive working relationships
- support team to achieve common goals
- ensure compliance with quality expectations
- perform physical duties such as standing, sitting or walking for prolonged periods
- lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- perform reasonable additional duties as requested by supervisors
