Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent hotel cooking experience
  • Minimum 2 years of line cooking experience preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic cooking skills
  • Ability to work independently on single kitchen stations
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Proven commitment to guest satisfaction and teamwork

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Capable of working single stations in the kitchen
  • Previous line cooking experience of at least 2 years preferred
  • A strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food in accordance with Hyatt standards and recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Work efficiently at a single station in the kitchen
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development
