The resort is currently seeking dedicated and skilled cooks to join the culinary team. This full-time position offers an hourly rate of $17.50, commensurate with experience. The role requires good communication abilities, strong culinary skills, and ideally, prior hotel cooking experience alongside a culinary degree. As an intermediate cook within the Cheyenne Mountain Resort kitchen, the successful candidate will work independently on single cooking stations but will also receive supervision and training to hone and expand their expertise. Candidates should demonstrate professional knowledge of cooking ingredients, procedures, and the ability to perform all basic cooking skills in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent hotel cooking experience
- Minimum 2 years of line cooking experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform basic cooking skills
- Ability to work independently on single kitchen stations
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Proven commitment to guest satisfaction and teamwork

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food in accordance with Hyatt standards and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Work efficiently at a single station in the kitchen

- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
