Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent hotel cooking experience
- Minimum 2 years of line cooking experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform basic cooking skills
- Ability to work independently on single kitchen stations
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Proven commitment to guest satisfaction and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
- Capable of working single stations in the kitchen
- Previous line cooking experience of at least 2 years preferred
- A strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food in accordance with Hyatt standards and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Work efficiently at a single station in the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
