Responsibilities include pulling food from freezer storage to thaw in refrigerators, regulating portions and garnishing to meet aesthetic standards, and maintaining precise food logs to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Effective communication with chefs and food and beverage staff about specials, stock levels, and guest needs is essential to provide seamless service during busy periods. This role requires keen attention to detail in following recipes and preparation checklists to guarantee consistency and excellence in every dish served.

Job Requirements

- at least 3 years of related culinary or food preparation experience
- ability to prepare meals according to recipes and standards
- good communication skills
- physical ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- willingness to follow all health, safety, and security guidelines
- legal authorization to work in the United States
