Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior kitchen or food preparation experience is advantageous
- must be able to pass organization screening requirements including state or federal background checks
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- must adhere to drug-free workplace policies
Job Qualifications

- ability to read and quantify recipes and menus

Job Duties
- accurately prepare and portion a variety of food items
- cook and present food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
- follow food safety and sanitation standards
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, subcontractors, management, and team members
- adapt to different client requirements and business necessities
- comply with emergency operations and work assignment protocols
