Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be fully conversational in English
- 1 to 2 years of culinary experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- Must successfully obtain ServSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire
- Knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation
- Able to lift 35 lbs or more
- Ability to support other cooks and work in a team environment
- Must be mobile and able to stand for long periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must be available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions

- 1 to 2 years of culinary experience in a fast-paced restaurant demonstrating entry-level cooking skills such as prepping, grilling, frying
- Must successfully obtain ServSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hired

- Able to lift 35 lbs or more
- Ability to support other cooks and work in a team environment
- Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must be available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions

Job Duties
- Work in OTG's prep kitchens and/or on the line of OTG's fast-casual concepts
- Support the back of house by prepping ingredients for BOH lines
- Prepare food to correct temperature, portion size, and plating for consistent presentation according to OTG standards
- Control the quality of all food items per OTG specifications and restaurant directions
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, and kettles
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
