Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two to four years experience in food preparation in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and prep lists
  • Ability to stand, kneel, lift at least 30 pounds, carry items, push carts, and walk long distances
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Good communication skills in basic English
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation consistently
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in close quarters with others

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred
  • Two to four years experience in fast-paced restaurant or catering environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated with good organizational skills
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Basic English reading and speaking skills
  • Ability to perform simple math calculations
  • Strong team player
  • Good personal hygiene and grooming

Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to recipes and safety standards
  • Deliver safely handled food to customer-facing employees
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and storage areas
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, chefs, and team members
  • Fulfill opening and closing duties
  • Work flexibly across different venue locations and shifts
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
