Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two to four years experience in food preparation in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and prep lists
- Ability to stand, kneel, lift at least 30 pounds, carry items, push carts, and walk long distances
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills in basic English
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation consistently
- Ability to work well under pressure and in close quarters with others
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred
- Two to four years experience in fast-paced restaurant or catering environment
- Proactive and self-motivated with good organizational skills
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
- Punctual and dependable
- Basic English reading and speaking skills
- Ability to perform simple math calculations
- Strong team player
- Good personal hygiene and grooming
Job Duties
- Prepare food according to recipes and safety standards
- Deliver safely handled food to customer-facing employees
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and storage areas
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, chefs, and team members
- Fulfill opening and closing duties
- Work flexibly across different venue locations and shifts
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
