Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently seeking a Cook for the Sabor restaurant located inside Hotel Paso Del Norte in El Paso, TX. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or secondary qualification or equivalent required
- experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes and standards
- ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- good communication skills, both verbal and written
- basic computational ability
- physical ability to handle culinary techniques, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate kitchen equipment
- flexibility to work in extreme temperatures and stand for up to 4 hours
- knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
