The role of a part-time Cook at Homefield Pub and Social in Green Bay entails playing a vital part in food preparation for guest orders and working closely with serving team members to ensure smooth service. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds or more, perform bending and squatting motions, and withstand prolonged standing and walking during shifts that may involve moderate to high noise levels. Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and events which may require overtime.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- High school education preferred
- Participation or enrollment in culinary program preferred
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year previous experience in back-of-house foodservice position preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare food to comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures, ensuring proper food temperatures are maintained, food is stored correctly, the freshness and quality of all menu items, and packages all products to proper specifications
- Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
- Use waste control guidelines and record all waste on the spoilage sheet
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties and end-of-day inventory
