The Line Cook position, affectionately known as the Heart of House Hero, is crucial to our kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to our company’s recipes and specifications, ensuring consistent quality and presentation standards are met. Job Requirements

  • Kitchen experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification as required by state law
  • Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
  • Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
  • Must be able to read, write and speak in English
  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen experience in a high-volume atmosphere
  • Valid food/alcohol certification or ability to obtain as required by state law
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Good hearing for safety and communication
  • Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English
  • Reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Ensuring our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products with the utmost recipe adherence
  • Preparing guest orders accurately in a timely manner
  • Supporting the success of the Heart of house through proper food preparation and stock levels
  • Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness throughout all food preparation areas
  • Being aware of and abiding by all food safety practices
