Job Duties
- takes direction from the Head Cook in the assigned kitchen
- prepares food for the school utilizing standard operating procedures developed by the Food and Nutrition Department to safely and nutritiously feed students and staff
- adheres to cashier standards of operations, reporting, and maintenance
- follows systems utilized to maintain compliance with all regulatory agency requirements
- operates all equipment according to standard operating procedures for safety and efficiency
- serves as a contact at the assigned school for issues that may arise and reports all issues to the Head Cook timely
- helps prepare a monthly inventory when needed under the supervision of the Head Cook
