Job Requirements

Ability to take and pass Food Service Sanitation course within 90 days
Meet all Intermediate Cook requirements
Knowledge of mother sauces and derivatives
Knowledge of seasonal soup recipes
Competence in braising techniques
Proficient in all kitchen stations
Maintain station decorum regardless of business level
Ability to butcher meat and fish
Advanced vegetable preparation skills
Understanding of curing techniques
Ability to work in smoke-filled environments
Ability to stand and sit for long periods
Obtain and maintain PA Harness license

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a cook in a high-volume environment
Knowledge of sauces, soups, braising, and butchery
Ability to operate multiple cooking stations
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to complete Food Service Sanitation course
Familiarity with safety and health regulations
Ability to maintain professionalism and work flexible shifts

Job Duties

Consistently demonstrate superior customer service skills
Maintain upbeat and positive attitude with guests
Prepare all food orders including meat, fish, and poultry in a timely manner
Operate various cooking stations and equipment
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
Promote company programs and guest satisfaction
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
