Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- two to four years of relevant food service experience
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 30 pounds
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- punctuality and dependability
- ability to read and follow instructions
- maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred
- two to four years of experience in fast-paced restaurant or catering environments
- proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
- ability to work well under pressure
- punctual and dependable
- ability to read and understand recipes, prep lists, and menus
- basic math skills
- ability to communicate in English
- strong teamwork abilities
- physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to recipes and safety standards
- maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor
- report promptly for scheduled events and to assigned areas
- fulfill opening and closing kitchen duties
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, coolers, and storage areas
- communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members

- ensure knowledge of kitchen layout and venue facilities
- adapt to reassignment as needed
