Well-Spring stands out in the region for its elevated dining program, which is a critical aspect of the resident experience. The culinary team is dedicated to preparing meals that are not only nutritious but also delightfully presented and flexible to accommodate resident preferences. Work here is supported by leadership that fosters teamwork, respect, and professional growth, making it a rewarding place to develop a career in hospitality and culinary arts.

The Cook position is a full-time, non-exempt role working Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The primary responsibility of the Cook is to prepare high-quality meals from scratch, including soups, sauces, seafood, meats, and daily specials, following a rotating five-week menu.
