Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ServSafe Certification preferred within 6 months of hire
- Ability to work flexible hours including full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to comply with hospital health and safety policies
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent

- Ability to follow detailed cooking instructions and dietary restrictions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Prepare patient meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas and equipment
- Assist with dish duties and ensure timely cleanup
- Follow food safety regulations and ServSafe guidelines
- Coordinate with Food & Nutrition Services team members to meet meal schedules
- Monitor food inventory and storage conditions
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures for food service
