Food Handlers Certificate if required by local city, county or state
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve food using proper food handling and food safety techniques
Ensure foods taste good and are served at the proper temperature
Present food in an attractive manner according to established standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Comply with food safety regulations and hospital policies
Coordinate with hospital staff to meet dietary needs
Participate in cleaning and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
