Job Requirements
- High school education diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience as a cook or cook's helper in an institutional food service facility required
- Ability to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures
- Strong verbal, reading and written communication and customer service skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Math skills to calculate recipes and diets
- Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary
- Adherence to facility and department policies and compliance with corporate standards
