Job Requirements

  • One year of prior culinary experience required
  • must be a U.S. citizen able to verify citizenship at time of hire
  • ability to work full-time in shifts from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm
  • compliance with federal national security employment requirements
  • ability to safely handle kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness
  • commitment to safety protocols including use of gloves, oven mitts, and slip-resistant shoes

Job Qualifications

  • One year of prior culinary experience
  • ability to prepare food in accordance with federal, state, and corporate standards
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
  • good interpersonal skills to work with coworkers and management
  • U.S. citizenship

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • serve meals or prepare for delivery ensuring correct portioning and proper temperature
  • taste all prepared food items for quality assurance
  • use established ticket collection procedures during service
  • clean kitchen after preparation and serving maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • store or discard excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures
  • operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
