- Prepare high-quality, visually appealing meals for patients and staff
- Follow therapeutic diet orders, texture modifications, and behavioral health safety protocols
- Support menu preparation, food production, and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment
- Assist with inventory, food preparation, and teamwork across the dietary department
