Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- At least five years of cooking experience
- Knowledge of federal, state and corporate food safety regulations
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and food preparation instructions
- Experience in operating kitchen equipment
- Strong attention to detail in food presentation and quality control
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a kitchen environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portioning and temperature
- Tastes all prepared food items to ensure quality
- Uses established ticket collection procedures during service
- Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Stores or discards excess food according to safe handling procedures
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
