Job Requirements

At least five years of experience
Ability to work full time with flexible hours
Compliance with health and safety standards
Physical ability to perform manual kitchen tasks
Commitment to a drug-free workplace
Willingness to participate in safety and in-service meetings
Ability to maintain records accurately

Job Qualifications

At least five years of cooking experience
Knowledge of federal, state and corporate food safety regulations
Ability to follow standardized recipes and food preparation instructions
Experience in operating kitchen equipment
Strong attention to detail in food presentation and quality control
Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a kitchen environment
Effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portioning and temperature
Tastes all prepared food items to ensure quality
Uses established ticket collection procedures during service
Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving maintaining high cleanliness standards
Stores or discards excess food according to safe handling procedures
Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
