Job Requirements

  • Previous cooking experience required
  • Ability to work full time Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Basic food safety knowledge
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Willingness to maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous cooking experience
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety regulations
  • Knowledge of proper portion control and food presentation
  • Competency in operating and maintaining kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules
  • Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty
  • Tastes all prepared food items
  • Uses established ticket collection procedures during service
  • Responsible for records from area worked during service periods
  • Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures
