Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • experience in professional kitchen cooking roles
  • availability to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and every other weekend
  • ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical activities such as stooping and bending
  • preferred culinary education
  • preferred ServSafe certification

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a professional kitchen as a cook, line cook, or prep cook in the food service industry
  • culinary education preferred
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • ability to participate in frequent stooping and bending, lifting up to 35 pounds
  • must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of nutritious meals for residents
  • collaborate with team members to create healthy and flavorful dishes
  • cater to special dietary requirements and restrictions
  • ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • move between dining areas to cook in the Main Dining Room and the Fairway Grill
