Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday

- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- Serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and ensuring food is at the correct temperature
- Uses established ticket collection procedures during service
- Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining cleanliness standards
- Stores or discards excess food according to safe food-handling procedures
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of refrigerators and storerooms
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment safely
- Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
- Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies
- Reports maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents
- Attends in-service and safety meetings
- Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, and managers
- Performs job safely while maintaining a clean work environment
- Ensures proper food presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures according to HACCP standards
- Commits personally to safety and follows company policies including use of protective gear
