Job Requirements

  • Previous experience with scratch cooking including sauces, dressings, and online cooking service
  • ability to work full time Monday through Sunday with specified schedule
  • capability to follow safety procedures including use of protective gloves and slip-resistant shoes
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and proper food storage
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment
  • adherence to company policies and procedures
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience with scratch cooking including sauces and dressings
  • ability to prepare food according to federal, state, and corporate standards
  • knowledge of safe food handling and HACCP guidelines
  • ability to maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment

Job Duties

  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production and service schedules
  • serves meals using correct portioning and presentation standards ensuring food is at the correct temperature and tastes good
  • uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains accurate records
  • cleans kitchen and storage areas maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
  • assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
  • reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to supervisor immediately
