Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of relevant kitchen experience
  • knowledge of sanitation and food safety regulations
  • ability to follow recipes accurately

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation

  • capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks
  • strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
  • collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Kitchen Supervisor to manage food and supply procurement
  • ensure proper storage of leftovers
  • maintain accurate inventory records
  • adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards
  • communicate effectively with restaurant team members
  • support a cohesive and professional kitchen environment
