Job Qualifications
- At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation
- knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards

- capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks
- strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Kitchen Supervisor to manage food and supply procurement
- ensure proper storage of leftovers
- maintain accurate inventory records
- adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards
- communicate effectively with restaurant team members
- support a cohesive and professional kitchen environment
