- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
- Current Food Handler's Certificate required
- Current ServSafe Manager's Certification or ability to attain within first 90 days

Job Duties
- Prepare all meals for residents, guests and associates ensuring the highest quality of seasonally prepared meals is served daily
- Maintain excellent sanitation and cleanliness in all food preparation areas
- Operate POS systems to manage orders and inventories effectively
- Work as a reliable and cooperative team member within the kitchen and dining service
- Adhere to all food safety regulations including handling, storage, and cleanliness
- Assist in menu planning and inventory management when needed
- Support continuous training and implement feedback for culinary excellence
