Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of relevant culinary experience
- knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- strong organizational skills
- ability to multitask under pressure
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or similar operation
- knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
- ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with restaurant team members
- self-motivated, organized, and professional
- ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- work with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply management
- secure food items in time for preparation
- ensure leftovers are stored correctly
- maintain accurate food inventories
- comply with sanitation and safety standards
