Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply logistics
- secure necessary items in time for food preparation
- ensure proper storage of leftovers
- maintain inventory records
- adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards
- collaborate with restaurant team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
