At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation
knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards

Job Duties

Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply logistics
secure necessary items in time for food preparation
ensure proper storage of leftovers
maintain inventory records
adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards
collaborate with restaurant team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
