Job Requirements

  • Prior culinary experience required
  • ability to work full time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
  • willingness to be cross-trained in other areas of the business
  • compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • physical ability to perform kitchen duties including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and ensuring food quality
  • cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
  • keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized
  • operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
  • assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
  • attends in-service and safety meetings
  • reports maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents immediately
  • maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers
  • ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
  • performs other duties as assigned
  • abides by all company policies and procedures
