Job Requirements
- Prior culinary experience required
- ability to work full time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- willingness to be cross-trained in other areas of the business
- compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and ensuring food quality
- cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high cleanliness standards
- stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
- keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized
- operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
- attends in-service and safety meetings
- reports maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents immediately
- maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers
- ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- performs other duties as assigned
- abides by all company policies and procedures
