Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Ability to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols such as vaccination and PPE use

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
