Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous cooking experience preferred
- ability to work full time Monday through Friday with flexible hours
- compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- physical capability to perform kitchen duties
- ability to follow instructions and procedures
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- valid work authorization in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous prep, line, and scratch cooking experience preferred
- ability to follow standardized recipes
- knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness

Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and production schedules
- serves meals using correct portioning, ensuring food temperature and presentation standards
- cleans kitchen and maintains high standards of cleanliness
- stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
- operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies
- reports maintenance needs and attends safety meetings
- maintains good working relationships with coworkers and supervisors
- ensures compliance with safety standards and company policies
- performs other duties as assigned
