Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in full-service or upscale kitchen
  • Proficient in knife handling and commercial kitchen equipment use
  • Familiarity with scratch cooking techniques
  • Strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to commute and relocate to Milwaukee, WI 53202
  • Willingness to work in person
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks inherent to kitchen work

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in full-service or upscale kitchens
  • Proficient in knife handling, prep work, and use of commercial kitchen equipment
  • Knowledge of scratch cooking techniques
  • Strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a culinary team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and portion ingredients following recipe and presentation standards
  • Cook and plate dishes with consistency, quality, and attention to detail
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, fryers, stovetops
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and food prep areas
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to meet high-volume service expectations
  • Deliver quality under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
