Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have 2 to 5 years of relevant culinary experience
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and health screening tests
  • Must comply with COVID-19 safety protocols including potential vaccination and use of PPE
  • Ability to work the specified shifts including early mornings and evenings
  • Must be passionate about service to others and able to communicate with a friendly demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
  • Strong culinary skills with the ability to execute flawless dishes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about providing exceptional food experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals from scratch using fresh, local ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
  • Work collaboratively with culinary and service teams to ensure timely food delivery
  • Engage with residents and guests to deliver personalized dining experiences
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with menu planning and seasonal food preparation
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
