We are currently seeking a dedicated Food Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role primarily focuses on preparing quality food products following standardized recipes and production requirements. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all food preparation activities comply with established HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) procedures for food safety and quality control. Maintaining accurate records and consistently meeting customer service expectations by actively engaging with customers are also key responsibilities. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in food preparation in a high volume or institutional environment
  • Knowledge of HACCP food safety procedures
  • Ability to operate food production equipment including electric slicers, ovens, fryers, and mixers
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience preparing food in a high volume or institutional setting
  • Familiarity with production equipment including electric slicers, convection ovens, deck ovens, tilting skillet, deep fat fryers, steamers, steam kettles, mixers, meat grinders, and food choppers
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP standards
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare quality food products as per standardized recipes and production requirements
  • Adhere to HACCP procedures for all food preparation and safety
  • Maintain required records related to food safety and production
  • Actively engage with customers to meet service expectations
  • Operate various food production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the food preparation area
