Job Description

Texas Spine and Joint Hospital is seeking a skilled Cook. The hospital provides meals for patients, visitors, and staff through its Café and patient care services, focusing on accurately preparing a variety of hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
at least 3 years of cooking experience or in a similar culinary role preferred, especially in a healthcare or institutional setting
knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, sautéing, etc.)
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
must be able to rotate weekend shifts
