Currently, GateWay at River City is seeking a Cook to join their Culinary Team. This role is pivotal in preparing delicious, well-balanced meals that contribute to a positive dining experience for residents. Job Duties

  • Prepare, season, cook, and serve meals according to the established menu
  • ensure proper portion sizes by following recipes and portion control standards
  • monitor and record food temperatures during preparation and service
  • check and inspect food products and supplies upon delivery
  • keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and safe, following food safety guidelines
  • provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents and team members
