Job Duties
- Prepare, season, cook, and serve meals according to the established menu
- ensure proper portion sizes by following recipes and portion control standards
- monitor and record food temperatures during preparation and service
- check and inspect food products and supplies upon delivery
- keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and safe, following food safety guidelines
- provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents and team members
