  • ability to read and understand recipes

Job Duties

  • assists in maintaining a well-organized and efficient food service department
  • demonstrates a complete understanding of all basic food production skill sets with the ability to perform these error-free and meet the company quality standards
  • prepares and serves attractive, nutritious meals in an organized manner
  • follows food safety and hygiene regulations consistently
  • monitors and manages kitchen inventory and supplies
  • communicates effectively with team members to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly
  • supports special dietary requirements and meal preparation for large groups
