Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctuality and reliability in showing up to scheduled shifts
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work all shifts including opening and closing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow safety and food handling procedures
- Dependable and responsible work ethic
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality chicken finger meals according to Raising Cane's standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
- Assist team members in completing tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operation
- Communicate effectively with team and customers to deliver excellent service
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Report to scheduled shifts on time and ready to work
