Hyatt is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Line Cook to join the Violetto kitchen team. This role is perfect for individuals starting their culinary career or those who are eager to learn and grow in a fine dining setting. The Line Cook will gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative kitchen, working alongside experienced chefs and kitchen leaders. Responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, station setup, cooking, and plating, all while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization.
