Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift approximately 35 pounds to waist height
- Willingness to work some weekends

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow detailed cooking instructions and recipes
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- Team player with good communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and serve foods as determined by the supervisor
- Produce, prepare and cook various foods including soups, sauces, salads, entrees and catering items
- Set up stations with appropriate equipment and food prior to service
- Receive, unpack, unwrap, date, rotate and stow deliveries
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to health, safety and food handling regulations
- Provide courteous customer service consistently
- Follow health and safety regulations related to equipment use and personal hygiene
- Adhere to COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Stand for extended periods
- Move objects weighing up to 35 pounds to waist height
