Provincial Senior Living is currently seeking a Cook to join one of its vibrant communities. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the culinary needs of senior residents by preparing and serving nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe and inviting dining environment. The Cook will work with diverse food preparation stations including the grill, sauté station, salad bar, and service line, ensuring that every meal meets the expected standards of taste, portion, and presentation in accordance with standardized recipes and menu cycles.
Ideal candidates for this position will have prior experience working in senior living settings, though this is preferred rather than mandatory. Key skills include proficiency in production methods, portion control, and food safety handling. The role demands strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
