With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service, Regal Cinemas values teamwork, friendliness, and efficiency from all its team members. The role being offered is a Line Cook position that is integral to the daily operation of the concession and kitchen areas within Regal Cinemas. This role requires a team member who can consistently deliver freshly prepared food items while maintaining fast, friendly service and supporting the overall guest experience. The Line Cook is expected to prepare designated menu items accurately using approved recipes and portion guidelines, ensuring that quality and presentation standards are met. Beyond food preparation, the Line Cook is responsible for maintaining cleanliness at their workstation, operating and cleaning all food preparation equipment and prep stations, as well as ensuring food safety and storage protocols are strictly followed. An essential aspect of the position involves controlling food costs by understanding how demand affects inventory and implementing proper rotations via the FIFO method. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional guest service skills, possess knowledge of kitchen opening, closing, and in-between-show procedures, as well as emergency, evacuation, and robbery protocols to ensure personal and guest safety. Additionally, they must comply with all federal, state, and local food safety and sanitation laws, including proper holding temperatures and sanitizing practices. As part of their onboarding and ongoing development, Line Cooks are required to complete the Cast Certification Program and participate in training covering topics such as workplace harassment and discrimination. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, and various motions such as stooping and crouching, making it a dynamic role suited for those who thrive in fast-paced environments. This position is perfect for individuals eager to contribute their culinary skills within a fun, customer-focused entertainment setting while benefiting from supportive team culture and growth opportunities.
