Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in food service
- County-specific Food Handlers certification upon hire and maintained current
- Ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work variable shifts
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
Job Qualifications

- Commercial or institutional cooking experience preferred
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets
- County-specific Food Handler certification required

Job Duties
- Prepare quality food according to established food safety policies
- Maintain a sanitary environment in food preparation areas
- Adhere to therapeutic diet requirements as needed
- Ensure compliance with county-specific food handler certification
- Support dietary staff with food service as required
- Monitor food inventory and report shortages
- Assist in maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
