Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
minimum of 1 year of experience operating in a full-service kitchen
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks in the kitchen
strong attention to detail
ability to follow safety and sanitation policies
willingness to work in a team environment
