Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating in a full-service kitchen

Job Duties

  • Adhering to OTB safety and sanitation policies and procedures

  • Completing assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Ensuring food is prepared efficiently during service hours
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to meet demand
