Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
  • Must provide quick and friendly service to customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Must comply with company policies
  • Ability to work all shifts including opening, closing, and mid shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards work
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to Raising Cane's quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
  • Follow safety guidelines when handling and preparing food
  • Support team members by assisting with their tasks
  • Serve customers efficiently during busy shifts
  • Attend and complete training and certification programs
  • Uphold company policies and maintain high customer service standards
