Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Must provide quick and friendly service to customers
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Must comply with company policies
- Ability to work all shifts including opening, closing, and mid shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards work
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Duties
- Prepare food according to Raising Cane's quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Follow safety guidelines when handling and preparing food
- Support team members by assisting with their tasks
- Serve customers efficiently during busy shifts
- Attend and complete training and certification programs
- Uphold company policies and maintain high customer service standards
