Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Provide quick and friendly service to customers
  • Work well as part of a team and assist crewmembers
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast pace
  • Align with Raising Cane's culture of working hard and having fun
  • Take initiative and comply with company policies
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping and ascending stairs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in restaurant or food service is an asset but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic knowledge of food handling safety practices
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook chicken fingers and related menu items according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
  • Assist in receiving and storing food inventory properly
  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer demand
