Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years' experience in food preparation or related role
- Valid ServSafe certification
- Work authorization in the United States
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- One to two years' experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
- ServSafe certification required
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Basic culinary techniques and knife skills
Job Duties
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals as per guest orders
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment
- Follow health and safety regulations including ServSafe guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen and Food & Beverage team members for efficient service
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in training and development programs
