Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in quantity cooking preferred
- Knowledge of modified diets
- Food service sanitation training
- Food handler's permit as required
- Experience with industrial kitchen equipment
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required
Job Qualifications

- Possession of food service food handler's permit as required
- Experience utilizing industrial kitchen equipment
- Prior kitchen supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to obtain level one fingerprint clearance card
Job Duties
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals according to approved menu cycle
- Follow recipes and production sheets precisely
- Ensure compliance with modified diets and food service sanitation standards
- Operate industrial kitchen equipment and utensils safely
- Assist in kitchen supervision as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Work flexible hours and overtime as required
