Job Requirements
- team player with a sense of humor
- smiles easily and often
- math skills and understanding of basic conversions
- must be able to use a digital scale and thermometer
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and more on occasion with assistance
- position requires standing bending and walking the entire workday
- demonstrate the ability to follow recipes
Job Qualifications
- kitchen line experience preferred
- ability to follow recipes accurately
- basic math skills including understanding of conversions
- ability to use a digital scale and thermometer
- strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude
- familiarity with food safety standards
Job Duties
- prepare products for the station
- maintain accuracy of product temperatures
- keep a clean and sanitary work environment
- perform all food procedures correctly
